45 Hour Post License

This course is required for all newly licensed agents, you need to take this prior to your 1st renewal.   I know everyone is busy, this course does include self-study, homework.  If you do not complete the homework, you will not complete the course.  You are also required to take and pass 100 question exam at the end.  It is a very interactive course, roll playing, contract to close, writing contracts, how to work with buyers and sellers! Its a lot of fun and educational!
